Information we collect

When you request an audit, we collect the details needed to scope and deliver the service, including your name, email, company, product type, product URL, requirements, priority areas, selected package, preferred deadline, and any access notes you choose to provide.

If your product requires authentication, you may provide temporary test credentials or access instructions. We recommend using staging environments, test accounts, and limited-permission access whenever possible.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review your scope, communicate about the audit, perform authorized QA testing, prepare reports, and improve the quality of Forge services.

We do not sell customer information. We only use product details and access notes for the audit request or related customer support.

How information is shared

We may use trusted service providers for email delivery, hosting, security, storage, analytics, or payment operations. These providers only receive information needed to support the service.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate suspected misuse of the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep audit request information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and improve delivery quality.

Access notes and temporary credential details can be deleted from active audit records after audit completion upon request. We recommend rotating or disabling temporary access after delivery.

You can request deletion of submitted access notes or account information by contacting hello@forge-review.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
